Can we have a moment for my photography... okay moment over. But look how lovely my daily breakfast is. These oats are made with rooibos tea instead of hot water. This makes the oats deep, rich and full of flavor.
Right lets go ...
1/3 cup of oats
200 ml of rooibos tea
1 satchet of buttanut's roasted almond spread
1 teaspoon of honey
50 ml of milk
First start with the rooibos tea, let it brew to make a strong dark tea.
Add the oats, tea and nut butter to a bowl. Mix well and pop it into the microwave and let cook, on high, for 1 minute.
While cooking chop the nectarine into 1 cm cubes.
Remove the oats from the microwave and add honey and milk.
Top with the nectarines pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon.
