Brick Lane Eatery
I'm going to let you in on a little secret- the secret of Brick Lane Eatery. Nestled in Century City this no-frills eatery has a delightfully rustic interior that compliments the food so well. We sat on high chairs sipping on good coffee and laughing over terrible jokes. What better way to have brunch?
Of course, the most important thing is always the food and this place has the greatest bacon I have ever had (ever, ever and ever, ever). It was perfectly crispy but not too crispy, smokey and it glistened!!
If bacon is not your thing, that's okay try out their chia pudding- I added some honey to mine to make it pop. If you want something lighter then I suggest you try their homemade granola with Bulgarian yoghurt and berry compote (delish, delish, delish).
No restaurant is complete without a signature dish and Brick Lane gave us something that we won't easily forget - a DEEP FRIED egg! It is a poached egg rolled in a flour and milk batter and then fried. It is perfection! served with a side of spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms.
I have only been there for breakfast, but they I can't wait to go back and taste their lunch and dinner menus.
Do yourself a favour, skip the restaurants in Canal walk and head on to Brick Lane Eatery!
